Approved Demolition has been approved by staff to move forward but property has not been posted with the Condemned placard and an Order to Demolish
Posted The structure has been posted with the Condemned placard and Order to Demolish but a demolition contract has not been awarded.
Awarded A demolition contract has been awarded. The structure should be demolished within 30 days.
AO The owner of the structure has entered into an Agreed Order with the department to rehabilitate the structure.
Appeal The owner has appealed the demolition order. A hearing will be held before the Property Maintenance/Nuisance Board.
Other The property has been referred for demolition but is on hold for a reason specific to that particular case. *
D&C *The structure has been demolished and passed the final wrecking inspection by the Department of Construction Review.
