This policy is established to provide rules and regulations governing the operation of dockless vehicles
within Louisville/Jefferson County Metro (hereinafter referred to as “Metro”) right-of-way and to ensure
that the operation of such mobility systems is consistent with Metro’s larger safety and transportation
goals, which emphasizes the well-being of people of all ages and abilities across all modes of
transportation operating within the public right-of-way.
