ETHNIC_GROUP - The ethnicity of the employee who left Metro Government
GENDER - The gender of the employee who left Metro Government (M - Male, F - Female, NULL - not specified)
YEARS_IN_METRO - The range of years the employee worked for Metro Government
REASON - The reason the employee left Metro Government
LEAVE_TYPE - The type of leave
EMP_LEFT - The number of employees who left Metro Government for the given month, type of employee (REG_TEMP), age, ethnicity, gender, time in Metro, reason, and leave type
DEPT_EMP_LEFT - The total number of employees who left Metro Government for the given month and department
